JKaye Automation provides AI Front Desk services, appointment booking automation, lead capture systems, website design, and business automation services. The specific scope of services for each client is defined in the applicable service agreement or proposal. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time.
No Guarantee of Results
While JKaye Automation strives to deliver high-quality services, we do not guarantee specific results, outcomes, or return on investment. The effectiveness of our AI Front Desk and automation services depends on various factors including but not limited to call volume, lead quality, market conditions, and client responsiveness. Past performance does not guarantee future results.
Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete information necessary for the delivery of services. This includes timely access to relevant accounts, platforms, and business details. Clients must also comply with all applicable laws and regulations in their use of our services and must not use our systems for unlawful or fraudulent purposes.
Third-Party Platform Disclaimer
Our services may integrate with or depend on third-party platforms, tools, and APIs (including but not limited to CRM systems, scheduling software, and communication providers). JKaye Automation is not responsible for the availability, performance, or policies of these third-party services. Changes made by third-party providers may affect the functionality of our integrations.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, JKaye Automation shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to our services, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the services in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
Governing Law
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved in the appropriate courts located in Charlotte, North Carolina.
