Setup Fees
Setup fees are non-refundable once work has begun. Setup fees cover the initial configuration, onboarding, and customization of our AI Front Desk and automation services for your business. We begin work promptly after receiving payment to ensure a timely launch of your services.
Monthly Service Fees
Monthly service fees are non-refundable for the current billing period. If you choose to cancel your subscription, you will continue to have access to the services until the end of the current billing cycle. No prorated refunds will be issued for partial months.
Custom Website Design Services
Custom website design services are non-refundable once delivered. This includes completed website builds, design assets, and any custom development work. We work closely with clients throughout the design process to ensure satisfaction before final delivery.
Cancellation
Services may be canceled according to the terms outlined in your client agreement. To cancel services, please contact us directly at (704) 665-0353 or through your designated account representative. Cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing period unless otherwise specified in your agreement.
Disputes & Exceptions
In the event of a billing dispute or exceptional circumstance, please contact us directly. We review each situation on a case-by-case basis and may offer resolutions at our sole discretion. This refund policy does not affect any statutory rights that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
